Warning: Don`t Sulk And Hack
So -- I decided to channel my foul mood in a postive direction, and clip the hedges today.
BAAAAAD idea.
Our house is now surrounded by sticks instead of bushes.
Next project: hunt down and kill the small rat/mole mammal-thing that is making tunnels in the lawn.
Yeah.... kill a small animal. That should feel good.

At least you didn't decide to hack at your hair.
Closet no longer necessary. They're asleep.
Granny, I was going to say the same thing!
So did you get the wombat?
I was going to say the SAME thing about the hair! That's three for three.
LOL at dongurigal's comment-- yeah, did you get the wombat?
Has anyone noticed how great minds work together?
Hi L,
That rodent sounds like it could be either a mole, or a gopher. We have gophers here, and they are bad enough, and they have eaten all my dailhias, and all my carrots one year. And they usually get a whole tomatto or potato plant too.
Darn them!

My sister - who used to be the most animal-loving soul on the planet - seems to take real joy out of shooting at the rabbits who eat in her vegetable garden. The only thing that's changed since her animal-loving days and now is the addition of one ex, a husband, and three kids. Correlation? ;)
Hang in there.
I'm back to ask:
Is it a coincidence that you write about your foul mood and your blog ads are in French?
Agreed, Granny...great minds!!
Because you live in a bi-lingual country? They're in English here - I just checked.
Still, in Canada, you'd think they would show both.
